Help Facilitate the Camp Sunshine Program

We will review applications as they are received. All Volunteer selections will be contingent on positive references, criminal background check, and the completion of comprehensive Medical History/Physical forms. Medical forms will be provided once an applicant has been accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Completed Medical History forms and Camp Waivers ARE REQUIRED in order to attend Camp Sunshine as a volunteer even after being accepted.

Immunization records ARE MANDATORY for anyone 25 and under.

If you do not have a printer, have trouble printing, or do not wish to use Acrobat Reader, please contact our office and ask for a volunteer application to be sent to you.
